How the Guide Works
Louisiana law permits access to many arrest and booking records, but it does not place every item in one database. The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office creates parish booking records and operates the current roster. Louisiana DPS&C handles information about people serving state sentences. Courts record what happened after the initial charge, and public-record requests cover releasable material that is not posted online. This site explains those boundaries and points to the original sources without republishing their photographs.
Records Covered Here
The content follows the actual East Baton Rouge Parish record path from intake through court review:
- The home page covers booking photos, current custody, recent entries, record requests, Louisiana law, and correction or removal routes.
- The three city pages explain how Baton Rouge, St. George, and Central police records connect with the parish booking system.
- The guides distinguish the EBRSO roster, LAVNS notifications, and Louisiana DPS&C offender information.
- The Most Wanted page separates regional wanted notices from official parish and court warrant checks.
Limits of This Site
This is a privately operated reference site. It is not connected with EBRSO, East Baton Rouge Parish Prison, Louisiana DPS&C, a court, or any other government agency.
- We cannot release, hold, or transfer a person in custody.
- We cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send funds for anyone.
- We do not provide legal advice.
- We cannot promise that every government phone number, fee, or address remains unchanged.
Only the responsible sheriff, corrections office, or court can confirm current custody, listed charges, release, or final case status.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search boxes run by third-party providers. Those providers control their own results and prices. If a visitor follows a tool and purchases a subscription or service, this site may receive a referral fee that supports free access to the guide. We do not set the provider's charges or control what its search returns.
